About the Program

The Repotting for Leaders: A Path to Reinvention and Ongoing Impact program is designed for organizational leaders, team leaders, and self-leaders seeking a guided journey into retirement with purpose and clarity. This program offers personalized coaching, self-reflection tools, and practical strategies to help participants transition from their careers into a fulfilling next chapter of life.

There are three format options for this program:

  • 8 Virtual One-on-One Sessions across 16 weeks
  • Virtual Group Sessions across 18 weeks for a group of 4 participants
  • 2.5 Day Executive Intensive for 10-12 CEOs / General Managers

In all formats, participants will receive one-on-one coaching, develop a personalized life plan, strengthen relationships, establish a self-care routine, and join a supportive peer network. Whether you’re nearing retirement or exploring your next phase, this program equips you with the tools and connections to thrive beyond your professional life.

Program Overview

Focus: Identify, clarify, and articulate your personal values, priorities, and vision for your next stage of life.
Methodology: Complete journaling, worksheeting, and one-on-one coaching.
Outcome: Develop a clearly articulated and actionable life plan vision tailored to you.

Focus: Narrate your own compelling life story that shifts from “what I do” to “who I am” and “who I want to become.”
Methodology: Prepare a Life Plan Narrative for you, by you, developed from session content and between-session work products.
Outcome: Manifest your future through your personal narrative and purpose that moves beyond career through upcoming life stages.

Focus: Develop a strategy for strengthening/reinvigorating relationships with family, friends, and community to achieve and maintain your desired level of social connection.
Methodology: Analyze gaps within your overall relationship vision and specific relationships.
Outcome: Create meaningful connections and intention for relationships in your new life stage.

Focus: Explore practices for self-care along the Social, Spiritual, Physical, Occupational, Organizational, and Emotional dimensions.
Methodology: Develop and practice self-care techniques and activities.
Outcome: Enhance longevity and quality of life through holistic well-being.

Focus: Join a group of similarly-positioned people for ongoing discussions, support, and growth opportunities.
Methodology: Join a private LinkedIn group with monthly group Zoom meetings.
Outcome: Stay inspired and motivated through peer connection and accountability.

Getting Started

Three Formats – To Match Your Journey

Virtual and in-person groups are forming now, and you can reserve your spot in the Repotting for Leaders: A Path to Reinvention and Ongoing Impact by providing a refundable deposit of 10% of the cost for the program format that best meets your needs.  Upon submission of your deposit, an interview meeting will be scheduled with Mike Easley to review program details, gather additional information, and answer any questions that you might have. Should you decide not to continue in the process, your deposit will be refunded to you.

The virtual one-on-one session format includes 8 virtual sessions spread across 16 weeks, meeting with Mike Easley via Zoom every Thursday or Friday.  During the weeks you are not meeting with Mike, you will be completing between-session tasks in preparation for the next session with Mike. The actual time to complete may vary according to your schedule and desired pace. The cost of the virtual one-on-one session format is $3000, with 50% of the program cost due prior to the first session and 3 equal payments due during the delivery of the program.

The virtual small group format includes 10 virtual group sessions spread across 18 weeks for a group of up to 4 participants, meeting with Mike Easley via Zoom every Thursday or Friday.  During the weeks you are not meeting with Mike, you will be completing between-session tasks in preparation for the next session with Mike. The cost of the small-group format is $800 per person, with 50% of the program cost due prior to the first session and 3 equal payments due during the delivery of the program.

The 2.5-day in-person intensive experience format includes onsite experience with Mike Easley at a venue that has been specifically chosen for its atmosphere of ease, comfort, and safety. The venue will have convenient access to nature, with healthy and nutritious meals and snacks provided during the sessions. The cost of the intensive experience is $2000, with 50% of the program cost due upon program enrollment and the remainder due 30 days prior to the start of the intensive experience.
